Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in California only, because our providers are licensed in California.
When your order ships
Orders ship after a provider approves them and our partner pharmacy has filled the prescription. Your account shows where your order is at each step.
Cost and tracking
Shipping is free. When your order ships, the carrier and tracking number appear on the order page in your account.
Problems with delivery
If your package is late, lost or damaged, contact us and we will help. See Returns & Refunds for what we cover.
