You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state we serve when you use the service and receive your order. We currently serve California only.

You must give true, complete answers in the health questionnaire and keep them up to date. Providers rely on what you tell them; withholding information can put your health at risk.

Treatment decisions are made by independent licensed healthcare providers using their own professional judgment. A provider may decline to prescribe, ask for more information, or recommend that you see someone in person. ARJ Lifestyle does not practice medicine.

The service is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

When you check out, our payment processor places a hold (authorization) on your card for the order total. Your card is charged only if a provider approves your order. If your order is declined or canceled before approval, the hold is released; your bank decides how quickly it disappears from your statement.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel an order and release the hold or refund the charge if a product becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error.

We do not see or store your full card number; card details are entered on our payment processor’s secure page.

Approved prescriptions are filled and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy. Use medication only as prescribed and read the information that comes with it.

Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, to obtain medication for someone else, or in breach of these terms.

To the extent the law allows, the website is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders placed after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
